Meet Coco Claus.
“Mrs. Claus has a first name. And she's got stories to tell.”
This holiday season, spread a little love with a personalized letter and magical story from Mrs. Coco Claus. Straight from the heart of the North Pole, every letter is filled with wonder, sprinkled with magic, and written with love — just for you.

A letter, not a template
Every envelope is addressed to one person only
Coco does not write to “Dear Friend”. She writes to Olivia, who lost her first tooth in March and is learning to whistle. She writes to Nana, who has had a heavy year and never says so.
You tell us the details. Coco writes a letter that could only ever belong to that one person — warm, funny in the right places, and never with a threat about being naughty.
Every letter is read again by hand before it is sealed, so nothing leaves the North Pole desk that does not feel like it was written for you.

How the magic works
From your words to their hands
Four small steps. No forms that feel like paperwork, and a real person reading every letter before it is sealed.
01
You tell Coco about them
Their name, the things they love, the year they have had. A few honest details is all the magic needs.
02
Coco writes by hand of heart
Every letter and story is written for one person only, then read again by hand before it is sealed.
03
A little magic is added
Wax seal, gold foil, the right stationery. The details that make it feel like it came from the North Pole.
04
It arrives
A digital keepsake lands in your inbox, or the Coco Claus Express carries a printed letter to the door.
