The service window
When the desk is open
Orders are accepted from November 9, 2026 to December 18, 2026, in US Eastern time.
To arrive before December 25, printed orders should be placed by December 8. Anything ordered later in the window is still written with care, but may arrive after the holiday.
Digital letters are usually emailed within two business days of ordering.
