Your name, email address and, where a printed letter is ordered, a mailing address.

Details you choose to share about the recipient: first name, nickname, age (optional), interests, traditions and any message you write to Coco.

Order and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by The Coco Claus Chronicles.

A child's details may only be submitted by a parent, guardian or other authorised adult purchaser. We do not create accounts for children and never ask a child to submit information directly.

Children's details are used only to write the letter or story you ordered, and are never used in advertising, marketing audiences or analytics.

To write, review and deliver your order, to send you the transactional emails connected to it, and to answer your messages.

We send marketing email only where you have asked for it. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Only the owner of The Coco Claus Chronicles, who writes and approves every order. Recipient details are not shared with third parties beyond the services required to take payment, send email and deliver post.

You may ask for your order and recipient details to be deleted at any time by writing to us from the contact page with your order number. We will remove the personalisation details and any generated letter, keeping only the minimal accounting record the law requires.
