Terms of Service

A personalised, fictional letter and, where included, an original fictional story. They are keepsakes written in the voice of Mrs. Coco Claus. They are not from Santa Claus, not from any real person, and carry no promise of gifts.

Our letters never use fear, shame or threats about behaviour, and never promise that a particular present will arrive.

Provide accurate details and confirm you have the right to share information about the recipient, particularly where the recipient is a child.

You are responsible for checking the spelling of names and addresses. Personalised items cannot be corrected after printing begins except through the revision included with signature orders.

Orders are accepted from November 9 to December 18, 2026, in US Eastern time. Orders placed after the window closes cannot be fulfilled for that holiday season.

The words we write for you may be kept and shared within your family. The Coco Claus Chronicles name, characters, artwork and letter templates remain our property.
