Meet the lady of the house
Mrs. Claus has a first name. And she's got stories to tell.
For most of the year the North Pole is quiet. Santa has his lists, the reindeer have their rest, and the workshop runs itself. It is Coco who keeps the correspondence: the letters that come in from children, the notes from grown-ups who write anyway, the ones who say far less than they mean to.
She answers every one of them herself. Not with a form letter, but with something that could only have been written to that one person: a mention of the tooth they lost in March, the dog who is getting old, the year that was harder than they let on.
The Coco Claus Chronicles exists so that a few of those letters can leave the North Pole desk and arrive in someone's hands, properly sealed, on paper that is worth keeping.
“A little magic. A lot of love.”
How she writes
Four promises on every envelope
Written one at a time
There is no template with a name dropped in. Each letter starts from the details you share and is written for that one person.
Read again by hand
Nothing is sealed until it has been read through. If a line does not feel true to your family, it does not go out.
Never a threat
Our letters never use fear, shame or the naughty list. Magic should feel like warmth, not a warning.
Kept, not thrown away
Gold foil, wax seals, heavy stock. Made to be found in a box in twenty years and read again.
