Shipping Policy
Digital orders arrive by email. Printed letters are posted from the United States with standard domestic postage included.
Digital orders
Your PDF appears in your order page and is emailed to you as soon as it is approved, usually within two business days of ordering.
Printed orders
Printed letters are produced in small batches, approved by hand, and posted within the timelines shown on your order page. Delivery within the United States is typically three to seven business days after dispatch.
We post to one domestic address per order. International posting is not available at this time.
Seasonal cut-off
To arrive before December 25, printed orders should be placed by December 8, 2026. Orders placed later in the window may arrive after the holiday.
